Hassle-free Returns and Exchanges
We will always make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product or communicate with the seller within 30 days of receiving the order to get a refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, though the exact time depends on your payment provider.
The product should be returned in its original condition and must be packed in its original packaging in a sturdy cardboard tube, and the shipping costs incurred for the return need to be borne by you. If your painting is framed, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Because all paintings are purely handmade. If the buyer cancels the order without reason more than 10 days after purchase, the buyer will have to pay the production fee of 50-150 US dollars.
We provide free replacement for damaged goods. If your item is damaged during shipping, we apologize and request that you send us a message with your order number and photos of the damaged artwork. Let us deal with the courier company. And coordinate with you to arrange to resend the replacement or refund.
We will bear the shipping cost of all products, but because the customs cost is different in each country, the customs cost needs to be borne by the buyer, and we will try our best to assist the buyer to complete the customs clearance procedures. After the buyer receives the product, if the product has no quality problems and needs to be returned, the shipping cost needs to be borne by the buyer.
